- Mentor and train another developer, prepare quotes, and advise company leadership on technology choices, product opportunities, and process improvements.
Selected work at Inter-Quest
AI service-ticket triage and operations automation
- Designed and built a production pipeline handling approximately 25–30 incoming tickets per day, automating intake and routing previously performed manually by staff.
- Combined spam detection, customer/contact identification, issue classification, rule-based priority decisions, service-contract selection, and queue routing into an integrated workflow.
- Implemented hybrid retrieval over approximately 66,000 historical tickets, combining PostgreSQL full-text search, vector embeddings, and reranking to surface relevant prior work for triage decisions.
- Built specialized agents within a durable workflow, with structured output validation, retry handling, and escalation to human review; developed fixture-based evaluations of routing decisions and tool use.
- Redesigned service queues, issue/sub-issue classifications, and routing documentation alongside the software, supporting more consistent SLA-driven operations.
- Built the earlier iteration as a multi-tenant .NET platform on Azure Container Apps, provisioned with Bicep and using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, pgvector, and Entra ID tenant isolation, before evolving it into the current containerized services.
AI-enhanced internal ticketing platform
- Built a company-wide ticketing interface on Cloudflare Workers, backed by a PostgreSQL mirror of PSA data that supports live updates, webhook processing, and resumable synchronization.
- Embedded AI assistance for next steps, technical research, and clearer technician notes and time entries into everyday service workflows.
- Built an internal chat assistant with tool access to ticket, contract, and directory data.
- Created manager-facing AI time-entry audits with suggested changes that managers can individually accept or decline.
- Integrated Microsoft Graph availability lookup and business-hour SLA tracking to support service scheduling and workload oversight.
AI website generation platform
- Conceived, architected, and built a platform used to produce customer websites, automating business research, asset collection, and content/site generation from a standardized starter application.
- Designed separate research, copywriting, implementation, and review stages, including source-grounded content review, responsive visual review, and automated delivery checks.
- Incorporated SEO and conversion-focused content into the workflow; developed the product concept and pricing structure and enabled another team member to use it for website sales and delivery.
Custom client applications
- Manufacturing and sales: Built a custom product configuration and quoting platform with dimensional rules, vendor pricing, white-label quotes, customer signature capture, and conversion of approved quotes into orders and production tickets.
- Fiber construction: Built field and office workflows for fiber installation, splicing, and testing, with specialized quantity calculations, estimates versus installed-quantity reporting, and line-item auditing.
- Community toy bank: Built an application serving hundreds of families each Christmas, with family/agency approval workflows, English/Spanish support, passwordless access, automated reminders, and email delivery-failure alerts.
Additional automation & tools
- Built operational automations for overdue purchase orders, neglected service tickets, and weekly DNS activity reports, with targeted notifications through Microsoft Teams and email.
- Prototyped internal tools including a Playwright and axe-core accessibility scanner and a CMS-driven digital signage player.
Service Team Lead / Project Manager | 2014–2016
